PAT (Project Annexure Tool) - This tool is used to create a detailed annexure document for the objects included in a PeopleSoft project. The tool also helps to enforce naming conventions for objects that have been changed or newly created during the development lifecycle.

Source Inquiry -This solution allows one to compare revenue, expenses and other financial data across different periods by setting up a Source transactional record that could be from any of the PS financial modules. The data can also be filtered by different chart fields like account, project, operating unit etc.

Project Team Upload - This is an accelerator that is used primarily used in the Project Costing/ Program Management modules of ESA to assist with bulk allocations of employees to projects via an excel upload. It also publishes the allocation data to HRMS.

Voucher Upload Utility - This Upload utility gives flexibility for users to upload voucher data via a excel format. Users need not have to give the voucher related information in multiple lines as in delivered Excel utility. All voucher related information can be given in one single line and the utility will split the information into different levels.

Timesheet Upload - This upload facilitates loading of timesheet hours against projects. The process has inbuilt validations before loading of the data’

Tree Upload - This solution allows users to update and create new trees using a user-friendly upload template. Analyst can make changes to multiple trees at a time using this solution. This is an improvement over the tree mover delivered by PeopleSoft as that is primarily used for moving trees between environments and uses an export/import facility from flat files which cannot be used by end-users..

Auto Time and Labor enrollment - This schedulable process checks for the newly hired employees and enrolls them automatically into Peoplesoft Time & Labor.

Kronos to T&L upload for payroll -This solution loads Kronos data into Peoplesoft Time & Labor in the form that can be picked up by payroll.

Upgrade Utility - This is a java based application to find out the list of customization in a PeopleSoft database. This is also helps with locating the list of customized SQR’s.

Invoice Input Feature – Primarily meant for business that uses other than time as a unit to draw contracts and invoice customers. The actual units that were spent on a configurable invoice calendar period can be loaded into the system. This feature generates invoice out of PeopleSoft based on the actual units data and the pre-defined contract terms.

Vendor Self Service - Extension to PS AP - Solution provides vendors a portal for inquiry about their invoices and payment. It is a Java and PeopleTools based application and gives an additional layer of security for vendor portal

Workflow notification reminder - This is a bolt on over the AWE (Approval Workflow Engine) which will allow users to be notified of overdue items in their worklist. This process can be used with any module that uses AWE.

India Extensions/Bolt-on’s - These feature rich solution accelerators allow Peoplesoft’s India customers to handle the business processes related to various statutory requirements such as Pensions, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Reimbursements, Full & Final Settlement and Superannuation. These configurable accelerators have been tailored to meet the needs of both corporate and public sector customer base.

User Data Access Security – This solution offers substantial enhancement to the PeopleSoft delivered Row Level Security. It provides security at four levels - No Security, User Level Security, Permission List level Security and Role Level Security. All the security is applied dynamically without having any need to mention the view names for any level of security. It also allows for security to be enabled on any field present in Peoplesoft database, including custom fields.

PS Performance - Troubleshooting tool – A front end tool to monitor and troubleshoot PeopleSoft application performance. Enables non-DBA persons to get a handle on the performance of the peoplesoft application at any point of time

PS Recruitment Lite - Automates the recruitment business process from Job Requisition, Applicant Database, Referral to Hire and smoothly ties in with PS hiring process. It is a Compact module in itself and a good solution for customers that don’t have license of PS recruitment solution.

Salary Upload - This solution is used to upload the effective dated salary data which forms the job record. With the help of this upload utility, users can easily upload the new salary information on the job data component and thus drastically reduce the manual entry effort.

Salary Register (for Global Payroll India) - A configurable process to generate the salary register (All Pay Elements) of all employees in Excel. User can configure it to get the required Pay Elements. This is very useful when performing payroll comparisons.

Data Migrator (between PeopleSoft Environments) – This data migration tool allows end users to identify setup and transaction data to be moved from one instance to another (production to QA instance for example). Allows criteria definition and selection of components to move data.

Object Auditor – This tool is used for auditing all on line object changes made in the PeopleSoft system. One can search by date or by User ID and obtain the list of object changs in the PeopleSoft system. This is done via an online page and can be hidden based on the permission list and security that is provided.
